THE FOUNDER
Disha Kapadia, Chocolatier
An accomplished linguist and a language trainer by profession, Disha founded Sarvana Chocolates because of her passion for cooking, baking and making chocolate confectionery.
Disha inherited her love for chocolate making from her grandmother who taught her how to make a variety of flavoured chocolates using simple and quality ingredients. Over the course of many years, she made an assortment of delectable chocolates for family and friends, before deciding to use her knowledge of the confectionary to create her own unique brand of chocolates.
When she was only seven years old, Disha told her dad, a businessman, that she would one day start her own company and become a successful businesswoman. Sarvana Chocolates — the place for finely crafted gourmet chocolates — is the realisation of that childhood dream and touch both hearts and palates with her chocolaty creations.
In her free time, Disha loves to travel the world and explore new places and their cuisines.
